The city’s July 4 celebrations begin with a “Party in the Park,” featuring games, a bike-and-wagon parade for kids and a Rotary Club-sponsored picnic BBQ, at 10:30 a.m. The celebration also honors the 10th birthday of Jurupa Valley as a city. The July 3 display begins at 9 p.m., and can be viewed from home or at a local public park.
The Jurupa Area Recreation and Park District will hold its 3rd of July Independence Day Celebration Fireworks Show at Centennial Park, 7330 Jurupa Road, but no spectators are permitted.
